Returns & Exchanges

Go to “My Account” select “Return” and fill the prompt form and submit the return request. All returns on sold items must be requested, postmarked, and shipped back to MoraTREND within three (3) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the item.

All returned item must be in new and/or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any item return that does not meet our return policy will not be accepted.

All payments made during a payment plan are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned for a complimentary exchange or refund.

How to Return a Rented (Rent-to-Own) Item?

You may end your rental by returning the item up to 60 days from purchase date.

  • Log into your account on moratrend.com and select the order information of the merchandise to return.
  • Select the “Return” button and fill the prompt form.
  • You’ll receive an email from MoraTREND with a free return shipping parcel and additional information.
  • Once the item has been received by MoraTREND and cleared against the return policy, your rental will be cancelled.  Any overcharge will be refunded to the customer.
  • For returned items that does not meet the return policy, reparation fees will be charged against the customer’s account.
  • All payments made during a payment plan are final and non-refundable.

Drop Off Return

Drop-off Return is currently not applicable.

REFUND (Buy Now Only)

All returns for a refund must be requested, postmarked, and shipped back to MoraTREND within three (3) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Item must be in new and/or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any product return that does not meet our return policy will not be accepted.

After receiving a returned merchandise and inspecting the conditions and criteria, MoraTREND will begin to process your refund. Please allow at least 2-3 business days to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your finance institution statement, depending on the company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refund (Not Damaged):

After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions and criteria, we will begin to process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of the item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your finance institution statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the item back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item, whichever is the earlier. 

As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. When approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation:

Since we try to deliver goods to our customers as soon as possible, we will prepare the delivery for shipment from the time the customer places an order. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellation requests after ordering. Thank you for your comprehension.

Buy Now Returns (undamaged):

* If you are returning an item over $25, you should consider a trackable shipping service or take out transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially booked. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
