What are the acceptable Payment Methods?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed and secured via PayPal or PayPal account.
Rent and Payment Plan Programs
What is the Rent Program?
The Rent program allows our customers to trial a merchandise for two (2) weeks at a term. The rent term will automatically renew at the end of each term until the merchandise is returned or fully paid off.
How to Rent a Merchandise?
On the merchandise page, select the “Rent” option as the “Purchase type”. Add merchandise to cart and proceed to “Checkout”. The rent program will allow you to trial the merchandise for two (2) weeks at a time. The rent terms will automatically renew at the end of each terms until the merchandise is returned or fully paid off.
How to Return a Rented Merchandise?
Log into your account on moratrend.com and select the order of the merchandise to return. Select the “Return” button and fill the prompt form. You’ll receive an email from MoraTREND with a free return shipping parcel and additional information. Once the merchandise has been received by MoraTREND and cleared against the return policy, your rent term will be cancelled and any overcharge will be refunded to the customer. For products that does not meet the return policy, reparation fees may be charged against the customer’s account.
All rent payments are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned for a complimentary exchange or refund.
What is the Payment Plan Program?
The payment plan will allow you to pay interest-free installment payments bi-weekly. The number of payments for each product has already been pre-determined. You can see how many payments you will be making for that product in the small description under the purchase type menu.
How to select the Payment Plan option for purchasing?
On the merchandise page, select the “Payment Plan” option as the “Purchase type”. Add merchandise to cart and proceed to “Checkout”.
Exchanges & Returns
Go to “My Account” select “Return” and fill the prompt form and submit the return request. All returns on sold items must be requested, postmarked, and shipped back to MoraTREND within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any product return that does not meet our return policy will not be accepted.
All lease payments are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned for a complimentary exchange or refund.

Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping charges. For sold item(s) a shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from the full refund amount when credited back to the customer’s account. A return shipping label and tracking number will be provided by MoraTREND, charges may apply. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your returns, if you opt to send item(s) through MoraTREND provided mailing methods.
After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions and criteria, we will begin to process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
All items upkeep and dry-cleaning will be provided complimentary by MoraTREND. MoraTREND has a Quality Team that specializes in clothing and apparel hygiene assurance.
